EdTheory is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) to join our growing team in Brisbane, California. The RBT will be responsible for providing high-quality behavior analysis services to individuals and families, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications & Responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with students with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges in a school setting (preferred)
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention strategies
Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
