Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent (required to become an RBT); successful completion of the RBT training and competency assessment (as applicable).
- CertificationsRequirements: Active RBT License through the BACB.
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RBT (or equivalent experience providing applied behavior analysis support) in a school or pediatric setting preferred; experience implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting individuals with behavioral needs.
- OtherRequirements: Local contract for a school setting working Days; 3240 hours per week with approximately 37.5 hours/week; experience supporting middle/high school students and may include some elementary level; must be able to work independently within established supervision guidelines; strong documentation skills and professionalism; reliable attendance and ability to follow safety and confidentiality requirements; background check may be required per school/district policy.

JobResponsibilities:
- Provide ABA services in a school setting under the supervision of the appropriate licensed professional.
- Implement behavior intervention plans, support skill acquisition, and assist students with behavior and learning goals.
- Collect data accurately on target behaviors and programs, and maintain timely documentation to support treatment decisions.
- Assist with behavior strategies in the classroom and support implementation across educational routines.
- Communicate professionally with teachers, caregivers, and the supervising provider to ensure consistent support.
