    Navra is seeking compassionate and dedicated School Social Workers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in the Romeoville, IL area. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities for professionals who are passionate about supporting students' social, emotional, and academic well-being.

    Position Overview

    As a School Social Worker, you will play an essential role in fostering student success by addressing social-emotional needs, promoting positive behavioral outcomes, and connecting students and families with valuable resources. You'll collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments where all students can thrive.

    Available Opportunities Include:

    • K–12 grade-level caseloads

    • Case management and student support services

    • IEP and multidisciplinary team participation

    • Full-time and part-time positions available

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide individual and group counseling services to students

    • Conduct social-developmental assessments and contribute to student evaluations

    • Collaborate with families, educators, and community agencies to support student needs

    • Participate in IEP meetings and help develop intervention strategies

    • Assist with crisis response, behavioral supports, and social-emotional learning initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement

    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

    • Commitment to supporting the social, emotional, and academic growth of students

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families

    • School-based experience preferred, but not required
