Compensation: Up To $67.00/Hour Based on Experience

Job Requirements.

• EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent training) required; graduate-level coursework/training in psychological assessment and K-12 support.
• CertificationsRequirements: NJ School Psychologist license required (or ability to obtain/maintain active licensure); evidence of relevant school psychology credentialing.
• ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of school psychology experience in a K-12 setting; experience completing psychoeducational evaluations/assessments and providing counseling/support.
• OtherRequirements: Must be able to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families; demonstrated ability to support evidence-based interventions (including CBT and MTSS-aligned supports); strong assessment, counseling, and student support skills; background check clearance required; professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills required. Days schedule; 37.5 hours per week.

JobResponsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for K-12 students in support of educational needs.
• Provide counseling, guidance, and school-based mental health/social-emotional supports as part of an MTSS-aligned approach.
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies (including CBT and MTSS-aligned supports) in collaboration with the school team.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes and shared understanding of student needs.
• Prepare and communicate assessment findings and recommendations in a clear, professional manner in accordance with school expectations.
