Physical Therapist (PT)
Louisville, GA | Starting at $57/hr | Flexible Schedule
Make a difference beyond the therapy room! Help students build mobility, independence, and confidence while supporting their success in the school environment.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate students' mobility, balance, gross motor skills, and functional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs and 504 Plans.
- Provide school-based PT services to help students participate in classroom activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and provide guidance on safe mobility and positioning.
- Maintain documentation and travel between assigned school locations as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Master's degree in physical therapy or higher from an accredited institution.
- Valid Georgia Physical Therapy license.
- Pediatric or school-based therapy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of IEPs, 504 Plans, and special education practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to travel between schools and adapt to students' changing needs.
