PediaStaff is partnering with a school district in Dearborn, MI, to find a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time, school-based opportunity. This is a great fit for an OT looking for supplemental hours while helping students develop the skills they need to participate and succeed in the school environment.
Location: Dearborn, Michigan
Schedule: Part-time, 16 hours per week to start

Part-time hours ideal for an OT seeking a flexible schedule or supplemental work
Opportunity to support students with diverse developmental and functional needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals
Help students build independence and participate more successfully in school activities
Opportunity for an ongoing assignment, with 16 hours per week to start
Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
Appropriate credentials to practice as an OT in a school-based setting in Michigan
Experience working with children in a school, pediatric, or related setting preferred
Knowledge of occupational therapy assessments, intervention strategies, and student-centered goal development
Ability to support students with fine motor, sensory processing, visual motor, and functional skill needs
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
