Help young students build the skills they need to thrive! Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide meaningful, student-centered support in an elementary school setting in Clyde, NY.
Position Overview
Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to elementary students across a caseload of approximately 30 students, addressing functional, developmental, and educational needs.
Evaluate student needs, develop data-informed goals and recommendations, and provide appropriate interventions, accommodations, and supports.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, families, and students to promote participation, skill development, and success in the school environment.
Participate in special education and building-based teams while maintaining professional standards and pursuing ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
Active New York Occupational Therapist (OT) License
Pediatric experience, including preschool, school-age, or community-based settings, preferred.
