Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent degree required for OT licensure)
- CertificationsRequirements: Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure (must be an OT, not OTA)
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience; school-based OT experience preferred
- OtherRequirements: Days shift availability (weekdays as scheduled); reliable transportation; ability to perform student assessments, progress monitoring, treatment documentation, and modify interventions; strong collaboration with parents, teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams; assistive technology support experience preferred; background check clearance required/expected (noted as not explicitly statedmust be able to pass); must be able to independently develop and lead individualized treatment plans in a school environment

JobResponsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations/assessments for students and interpret results to guide treatment planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans and modify interventions based on student progress and documented needs
- Provide occupational therapy services to support functional goals within the school setting
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate treatment documentation, progress reports, and required records
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams; support assistive technology and classroom strategies as needed
