Description

American Traveler is hiring a School-Based Occupational Therapist to serve pediatric students across multiple school sites in the Redding, CA area, with new grads welcome to apply.

Details

• School-based setting serving multiple school sites in Trinity and Shasta counties, based out of a Redding office
• Pediatric, school-aged client population
• Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (8:00am-5:00pm)
• Travel between multiple school sites with mileage and travel time reimbursed
• Possibility of assignment for the full school year

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• California Occupational Therapy license required if applicable (pending licenses accepted)
• Valid Driver's License required
• BLS certification required, NBCOT preferred
• New graduates accepted; no prior experience required
• Experience or interest in pediatric work settings including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Early Intervention, Handwriting, and Sensory Integration preferred

• Responsibilities include schedule planning, evaluation, and treatment program design and implementation for pediatric clients
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
