Duties
Assist with development and implementation of health-related policies and
proceduresCoordinate all district health services and programs
Arrange for CPR recertification program
Coordinate the training for newly hired and substitute nurses
Order supplies, materials and equipment
Consult with physicians as needed
Maintain the health services procedure manual, incorporating all new state
recommendations and mandates
Perform all duties of a school nurse
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
A. Bachelor of Science in Nursing
B. Certification in audiometry
C. Certification in visual screening
D. State of Illinois licensed Registered Nurse
E. CPR/AED Certification
F. State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse and BLS certification
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
State of Illinois licensed Registered Nurse
Salary/Benefits
Starting salary: $50,160
