Birmingham Public Schools is seeking a district wide School Nurse.

This is a 12-month, full-time position that is grand funded.

Position Summary

The District-Wide School Nurse promotes student health, safety, and academic success by managing health services across the district. This role involves developing individual healthcare plans, delivering direct nursing care, supporting state health compliance, and serving as a liaison between families, medical providers, and school staff. This grant-funded position is essential in the promotion of our district's strategic plan concerning creating and maintaining a culture of unity and well-being among our staff, students and throughout our community.
