School Food Service

Position Overview:

As a Food Service Team Member, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing excellent customer service under little supervision. This role is essential to creating a positive dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude

• Prepare and serve food according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards

• Assist with restocking supplies, organizing inventory, and basic prep work

• Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth operations

• Handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care

• Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment

• Dependability and punctuality

• Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
