About the Role
Hello, School Counselors! Point Quest Group is hiring a full-time School Counselor for a K-12 school setting in Prescott, AZ. In this role, you'll support students' social-emotional, behavioral, and academic success while collaborating closely with educators, families, and school teams. What You'll Do
Provide individual and group counseling services to students
Support students with social-emotional learning, behavior, and mental health needs
Conduct risk assessments and assist with crisis intervention as needed
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
Participate in student support team meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
Develop and implement interventions to improve student success and well-being
Assist students with conflict resolution, self-advocacy, and coping skills
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling, or a related field
Valid Arizona School Counselor License (or ability to obtain by start date)
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Passion for supporting student growth and success
School-based experience preferred, but not required
