Job Summary:
As a school bus / school van child checker your role is to ensure that each vehicle operated during each shift has been checked and cleared of any child left behind.
This position will not be combined with any other position or role at STA.
Work hours 8am to 10am & 3pm to 5pm.
The requirements of this position include the ability to climb up and down the steps of each vehicle, bending down to check around and under all seats. Hanging the Double Check sign in each vehicle when completed, working in all types of weather conditions, and excessive walking.
You will also be required to complete log sheets and maintain good attendance.
Must pass background checks, drug test, DOT physical.
