Join Our Village as a BCBA

At Project Play, our Behavior Analysts help children grow into their fullest potential. Working across our school-based and clinic-based teams, you'll deliver individualized, compassionate care alongside other providers, always with the whole child in mind. You'll be joining a team that makes a real difference in our community every day.

We're looking for a BCBA who brings passion, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to their work with clients, families, and school teams. You'll use sound clinical judgment to shape each client's care, with direct support from a BCBA supervisor. You'll also have real autonomy over treatment recommendations, so you can tailor each plan and apply current research to deliver top-quality services. As a leader for our RBTs, you'll provide meaningful supervision and help raise the bar in the ABA field.
