Job Requirements.
  • EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field (or equivalent); BCBA requirements per applicable credentialing standards.
  • CertificationsRequirements: NH BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and school-board certification/eligibility to provide ABA services in a school setting.
  • ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience; experience supporting middle/high school age students.
  • OtherRequirements: Part Time availability for Days shifts; ability to work collaboratively with school teams (teachers, administrators, and related service providers); strong communication and documentation skills for behavior plans and data collection; must align with school-based service delivery expectations; background check and compliance with district/state requirements.

JobResponsibilities:
  • Provide school-based BCBA services to middle/high school students, supporting behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and program implementation.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and behavior goals based on assessment results and ongoing data review.
  • Direct and oversee RBT/BCaBA/assigned staff behavior programming as applicable, ensuring fidelity of interventions and appropriate skill acquisition.
  • Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data to evaluate progress, adjust strategies, and report outcomes to the school team.
  • Collaborate with school personnel and stakeholders to support student success while maintaining compliance with school/district and credentialing requirements.
