Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field (as applicable for BCBA certification).
- CertificationsRequirements: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; School Board/State certification or eligibility as required for school-based placements; valid credentials to provide ABA services in a school setting.
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of behavior-analytic experience; experience supporting school-age learners and collaborating with educators and families preferred.
- OtherRequirements: Standard requirements for the role; strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary school teams; ability to develop and implement behavior support plans; conduct observations and data collection; maintain professional documentation; flexibility in a school environment; day shift schedule; background check and onboarding requirements may apply; reliable transportation as needed for local contract work.

JobResponsibilities:
- Provide school-based behavior analytic services and support, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and behavior support plans using measurable goals and data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct observations, supervise and guide the implementation of programs by support staff as applicable, and ensure fidelity of intervention strategies.
- Maintain clear, professional documentation and produce reports for school teams and families in accordance with school and agency requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, and caregivers to support student success and promote consistent strategies across settings.
