Job Requirements.
  • EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in a behavior-analytic field (or equivalent) required to obtain/maintain BCBA credential; or meet requirements for BCBA certification.
  • CertificationsRequirements: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential; current BCBA licensure in Massachusetts.
  • ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of behavior analysis/ABA experience, with demonstrated experience conducting FBAs, developing behavior plans, and monitoring data-driven progress; experience providing behavior intervention in school and/or related settings.
  • OtherRequirements: Must be able to work legally in the United States on a W2 basis (no visa sponsorship); strong documentation and compliance skills; experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (educators, caregivers, providers); demonstrated ability to manage crisis intervention in high-acuity settings; willingness to complete background check(s) as required; strong communication and professionalism; able to support data collection and progress monitoring for student-specific outcomes and classroom/team goals.

JobResponsibilities:
  • Conduct FBAs (functional behavior assessments) and use results to create individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with student needs.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans, ensuring effective data collection and data-driven adjustments to support measurable progress.
  • Provide school-based behavior analysis services in accordance with the IEP/educational team processes, including collaboration with educators, administrators, and support staff.
  • Monitor treatment fidelity and support consistent implementation of interventions across classroom and support settings.
  • Maintain required documentation for compliance, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and provide crisis intervention support when needed.
