Job Requirements.
  • EducationRequirements: BCBA certification/eligibility (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, or equivalent training as required for BCBA credentialing.
  • CertificationsRequirements: School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Active BCBA certification (or certification in progress per district requirements).
  • ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working with children/students and applying ABA/behavior intervention plans; experience collaborating with schools and implementing behavior support strategies.
  • OtherRequirements: Days schedule; 37.5 hours per week. Must be able to support development and implementation of behavior plans in a school setting. Strong communication and collaboration with educators, families, and school staff; professional documentation and follow-through. JobResponsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans and ABA supports in a school setting.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians/ABA staff, including observation and feedback for implementation fidelity.
  • Conduct assessments as needed to inform interventions, data collection, and program adjustments.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education teams, and families to support student success.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation aligned with school requirements and BCBA standards.
