Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field, along with BCBA certification.
Certifications Requirements:
BCBA license is required.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience. Must have experience working in school settings supporting PreK-6 and Middle school 7-8 students with caseloads of 20-30. Skills in behavior analysis and intervention strategies are essential.
Other Requirements:
Must possess a valid BCBA license, ability to work full-time in elementary/middle school environments, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Background checks are required. Flexibility for full-time days and capacity to support students effectively are essential.
