Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent degree)
- CertificationsRequirements: ASHA CCC-SLP; Praxis completed/passed (or equivalent)
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of speech-language pathology experience; direct pediatric therapy experience (birth6 and school-aged clients) preferred
- OtherRequirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States of America on a W2 basis (no future sponsorship required); strong documentation, billing, and compliance habits (including Medicaid-compliant records and timely clinical reporting); demonstrate collaboration skills with families, educators, therapists, and medical teams; willingness to support a 39-week school contract; ability to participate in school-based services such as working with students/IEPs and collaborating with the school team; strong communication and organization skills; dependable attendance for days shifts

JobResponsibilities:
- Provide school-based speech-language pathology services for children, supporting communication and language needs in accordance with students educational goals
- Conduct assessments and develop/implement treatment plans aligned with IEP requirements and school-based service delivery
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including Medicaid-compliant records and clinical reporting
- Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and related medical teams to support student progress
- Participate in school team activities as needed to support compliance, planning, and continuity of care
