Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver educationally relevant physical therapy services to special education students in an onsite school setting
- Address gross motor skill deficits by enhancing students' ability to access their educational environment
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each student's needs and goals
- Maintain accurate documentation, communicate progress, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Support students' transition planning, including working with older adolescents (20-22 years old) on functional mobility and access
