Employment Options: Part-Time
Location: West Suburbs of Cleveland Area
Schedule: Monday-Friday | School Hours
School Year / Contract: Current School Year

Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect)
(When available, PSI shares real assignment details early in the process)
Typical caseload discussed before submission
Grade levels vary by placement (PreK-12 opportunities)
1-2 building placement when possible
Collaborative teams including Intervention Specialists, SLPs, Counselors, and Administration
Your Impact as a PSI BCBA
You'll support students across behavioral, social-emotional, and academic domains while helping schools create environments where students can thrive.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
Develop and implement evidence-based interventions
Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide individual and group behavior support
Support MTSS / RTI initiatives
Coach and train school staff in behavior management and positive behavior supports
What We're Looking For
Master's or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Valid BCBA Certification
School-based experience preferred (newer professionals encouraged to apply - mentorship available)
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for supporting student growth and positive behavior change
