    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Based

    Employment Options: Part-Time

    Location: West Suburbs of Cleveland Area

    Schedule: Monday-Friday | School Hours

    School Year / Contract: Current School Year

    Employment Type: W2 (Benefits Eligible Based on Hours)

    Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect)

    (When available, PSI shares real assignment details early in the process)

    • Typical caseload discussed before submission

    • Grade levels vary by placement (PreK-12 opportunities)

    • 1-2 building placement when possible

    • Collaborative teams including Intervention Specialists, SLPs, Counselors, and Administration

    Your Impact as a PSI BCBA

    You'll support students across behavioral, social-emotional, and academic domains while helping schools create environments where students can thrive.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)

    • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions

    • Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data

    • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

    • Provide individual and group behavior support

    • Support MTSS / RTI initiatives

    • Coach and train school staff in behavior management and positive behavior supports

    What We're Looking For

    • Master's or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

    • Valid BCBA Certification

    • School-based experience preferred (newer professionals encouraged to apply - mentorship available)

    • Strong collaboration and communication skills

    • Passion for supporting student growth and positive behavior change
