    School-Based Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) - CSBBH

    Location: Nanticoke, PA

    Schedule: Full-time, M-F 8am-3:30pm. Year round position.

    Caseload: K-12, CSBBH IBHS team

    What you’ll do as a CSBBH Behavioral Health Technician.

    Provide individualized therapeutic interventions in accordance with treatment plans, collaborate with clients, families, school staff, and treatment teams, respond to crisis situations as needed, support skill development across settings, maintain required documentation, and participate in supervision and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure quality client care.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a human service area is required
    • Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
    • A minimum of one-year experience working with children with behavioral challenges
    • Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Technician is highly preferred
    • Completion of the 40 hour RBT training, 3rd edition task list. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
    • Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
