We are seeking a School Age Teacher (9:30am–6:30pm) who brings maturity, professionalism, and reliability to our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, communicate respectfully, show up consistently, and understand the importance of structure and safety in a child's day.

Schedule: 9:30am–6:30pmPay Range: $13–$15/hr
You will help create a safe, structured, and enriching experience for school-age children, including:
Maintaining a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
Communicating professionally with families, including completing daily reports
Developing and posting engaging lesson plans
Providing active supervision, positive guidance, and consistent routines
Creating an upbeat, structured after-school environment that balances fun, enrichment, and learning
Encouraging exploration, creativity, social-emotional development, and multicultural awareness
Cross-training across classrooms (Infant through Pre-K)
Must hold a valid driver's license. Bus driving is part of this role; however, the center provides structured, hands-on training and supervised practice before any independent driving occurs. PM routes only.
We are looking for individuals who consistently demonstrate:
Prior experience in a licensed childcare center
Professionalism, patience, and strong communication
Dependability and reliability in attendance and performance
A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing children
A steady, positive, and team-oriented attitude
A High School Diploma or higher
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass all background checks
