Manage front office operations, such as billing, insurance claims, and payment collections. You’ll need to be comfortable discussing financials and collecting payments.Knowledge in insurance codes, submission, & eligibility.Handle patient concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out. Previous experience in a dental field, preferably with experience of being a treatment plan coordinator. Computer knowledge to update patient records & scheduling (our office is paperless)Apply now!
