- Take the lead on attendance tracking, time -off requests, and shift changes, recording each one precisely in the scheduling platform
<\/li>- Stand as the first point of reference for scheduling matters raised by employees and management alike
<\/li>- Create, administer, and keep refining scheduling systems and processes to keep them fit for operational purpose
<\/li>- Study workforce figures, forecast what scheduling will require, and head off gaps or conflicts before they surface
<\/li>- Set up and maintain staff schedules across a range of departments or sites, holding coverage steady at every hour
<\/li>- Collaborate closely with department leaders so that scheduling supports production goals, service levels, and company priorities
