Givens Home First is hiring a Scheduling coordinator to help support our growing Home Care team. As a Scheduling Coordinator for Givens Home First, you will support the day-to-day operations by ensuring that clients receive consistent, high-quality care and that our team members are supported, informed, and set up for success.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate Caregiver Schedules (In-Home Aides and CNAs) based on Client needs, team member availability, employment status, and overtime guidelines
  • Build, maintain, and adjust schedules in real time, ensuring all shifts are filled
  • Establish and maintain consistent care teams to support quality and continuity of care
  • Confirm all scheduled visits and proactively address callouts, late changes, or coverage gaps
  • Participate in an on-call rotation (Evenings & weekends).
  • Provide Administrative support to the leadership team.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members.

What you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous Administrative experience (preferred)
  • Previous experience in Home Care, Geriatrics or Long-term care (Preferred)
  • CNA (Preferred)

Compensation is $20 - $24 per hour based on experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package!
