POSITION SUMMARYThe Master Scheduler arranges for the efficient and orderly scheduling of all patients while also ensuring that patient information is collected and that patients are aware of hospital policies and procedures. Scheduling clerks interview incoming calls and enters information required for admission into computer data base, while also distributing information to ancillary departments. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide service appropriate to age of the patient over phone.
