General Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor customer orders entered, schedule to appropriate press, and allocate appropriate material to each order (50%).
• Coordinate press ready status of all open tickets (10%).
• Frequent communications with Production leads and Customer Service Reps (20%).
• Coaching, training, and give feedback to Production floor (5%).
• Any other miscellaneous team duties as assigned by supervisor.
