Position Overview
As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and communicating project schedules supporting large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project management, field operations, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, owners, and customers to develop realistic execution plans and provide schedule visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
This role plays a critical part in project success by identifying schedule risks, supporting recovery planning, evaluating progress, and ensuring project teams have the information necessary to make informed decisions. Success requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to translate complex construction activities into actionable scheduling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules throughout planning, preconstruction, execution, commissioning, and project closeout.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish work breakdown structures, sequencing strategies, milestones, and schedule logic.
- Review project plans, drawings, procurement activities, subcontractor schedules, and execution strategies to develop comprehensive project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, analyze schedule performance, and identify potential delays, risks, and recovery opportunities.
- Support schedule updates, forecasting efforts, look-ahead planning, and executive reporting activities.
- Provide schedule-related insights and recommendations that support successful project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain schedules supporting hyperscale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with project managers, superintendents, engineers, procurement teams, subcontractors, and customers to validate schedule assumptions and project sequencing.
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk evaluations, resource planning reviews, and progress assessments.
- Support construction, procurement, commissioning, startup, and turnover planning efforts to achieve project milestones.
- Prepare schedule updates, executive dashboards, progress reports, and project performance analyses.
- Assist project teams in developing mitigation and recovery plans when schedule impacts arise.
- Facilitate pull-planning sessions, schedule coordination meetings, and milestone reviews with project stakeholders.
- Support project pursuits and preconstruction teams by developing conceptual schedules and execution strategies.

What It Takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline and 5+ years of scheduling, project controls, construction, or project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience developing and managing project schedules for data center, mission-critical, EPC, industrial, infrastructure, or large commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement workflows, commissioning activities, startup planning, resource forecasting, and project execution strategies.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to perform critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, earned value evaluations, progress assessments, and schedule risk analysis.
- Experience developing baseline schedules, recovery schedules, schedule updates, and executive reporting packages.
- Experience working with project managers, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, owners, and customers in complex project environments.
- Experience facilitating pull-planning sessions and collaborating with field teams to create executable schedules.
- Knowledge of project controls, cost management, and construction operations is preferred.
- Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), PMI-SP, PMP, or similar industry certifications are preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and support onsite project assignments as required.
