Job DetailsWe're hiring a Project Scheduler to support our growth and new projects! Please apply if you have the following qualifications and would enjoy these responsibilities!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 across all phases of capital projects: front-end planning (FEL 1/2/3), engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction
- Build baseline schedules in collaboration with engineering, procurement, and construction leads, ensuring realistic sequencing and resource loading
- Monitor progress against baseline, track variances, and proactively identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts
- Perform critical path method (CPM) analysis and schedule risk/contingency analysis on complex, multi-discipline projects
- Produce regular schedule updates, look-aheads, and progress reports for project managers, leadership, and clients
- Support brownfield/live-plant project scheduling, including outage and turnaround windows, tie-ins, and shutdown coordination
- Partner with cost/estimating teams within Project Controls to align schedule and budget performance
- Contribute schedule data and risk insights into ITAC's proprietary APM® process
- Identify schedule recovery strategies and support mitigation planning when projects fall behind
- Participate in project planning meetings, providing schedule input from project kickoff through closeout
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of scheduling experience in industrial construction, EPC, or heavy/civil construction environments
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles and multi-trade construction sequencing
- Experience with brownfield/live industrial plant projects preferred (chemicals, pulp & paper, power generation, or similar)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 required; experience with TILOS a plus
