A leading commercial general contractor in the Dallas area is seeking a highly skilled Scheduler with 8+ years of experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure timelines are met

• Track progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend adjustments

• Communicate schedule updates clearly to internal teams and clients

• Support preconstruction and project planning efforts

Qualifications:
️ Minimum 8 years of experience in construction scheduling
️ Strong background in commercial ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects
️ Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred)
️ Excellent communication and time management skills
