No Duties and Responsibilities

  • The person will serve as the education research implementation lead.
  • Facilitate community of practice (COP) meetings with the ETHOS facilitators and also conduct research on it.
  • COP work will entail handling logistics of our meetings, leading meetings, contributing Education expertise to discussions, documenting progress and plans, and updating our pedagogical manual.
  • Will send follow up guidance to facilitators following the meetings, and work with coPI on ensuring that IRB protocols are followed and on research surveys and analysis.
  • Will contribute to the preparation of manuscripts derived from the research.
  • Will report to coPIs.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

  • A PhD in the field of Education is required.
  • Has experience with qualitative methods in Education research.

Qualifications

PhD in Education, qualitative research skills, familiarity with the

ETHOSeducational approach developed at Loyola University Chicago.

Certificates/Credentials/Licenses

  • A PhD in the field of Education is required.

Computer Skills

Basic word processing, spreadsheet, and data analysis skills are needed.
