Scale ManagerF&G RecyclingPosition Summary:The Scale Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the company's scale functions across multiple locations. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Finance Department, Operations, and Scale Operators, ensuring accurate data collection, reporting, customer service, and billing support. The Scale Manager will supervise and support Scale Operators, coordinate staffing, training, and coverage, promote operational consistency, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This position will work closely with our Finance Team, Directors, Site Managers, and other operational leaders to support efficient transfer station and collection operations.
