Location: Phoenix, AZ ( and surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Type: May become temporary to permanent hiring opportunity based on performance review

NOTE: This job requires working in and around Phoenix. You must be willing to reach the sites with your own vehicle to join the crew

Job Description

MGR Workforce is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers / Scaffolding Helpers for an opportunity in the Phoenix, AZ area.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction, general labor, warehouse, or material-handling experience who are comfortable working outdoors and willing to learn scaffolding work.

Previous scaffolding experience is an asset but not required. Candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly, installation, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
• Load, unload, move, and organize scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Carry, position, and handle construction materials throughout the job site.
• Assist experienced scaffolders with daily construction activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to workplace safety procedures.
• Use basic hand tools and assist with general construction duties.
• Work safely at heights while following all required fall protection procedures.

Requirements

• Must be willing to start early morning
• Previous experience in construction, general labor, scaffolding, or material handling is preferred.
• Scaffolding experience is an asset, but candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding structures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to follow safety instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
