Seeking dependable and safety-focused Industrial Scaffold Builders to support commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Colorado. This position is responsible for the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold systems while maintaining strict compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety standards.This is a hands-on field role requiring physical labor, attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Candidates should be comfortable working in construction and industrial environments and performing physically demanding work throughout the day.Essential ResponsibilitiesErect, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems under the direction of a Scaffold Supervisor or competent personPerform daily scaffold work including lifting, carrying, assembling, and securing scaffold materialsAssist with tying scaffolds to structures and ensuring stability and load complianceInspect scaffold components prior to use to verify safe working conditionLoad, unload, and stage scaffold materials and equipmentMaintain clean and organized work areasCommunicate effectively with supervisors and crew members regarding work progress and safety concernsFollow all OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements at all timesRequired QualificationsOSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification requiredFall Protection training requiredMinimum 1–3 years of scaffolding or related construction experienceAbility to meet site-specific safety and access requirementsAbility to work at heights and in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform repetitive physical tasksPreferred QualificationsScaffold User or Scaffold Erector trainingExperience with system scaffolds, rolling scaffolds, and cantilever or hanging scaffoldsIndustrial or commercial construction experienceBilingual English/Spanish skillsFamiliarity with engineered scaffold systemsWork EnvironmentThis position works primarily on active commercial and industrial construction job sites.
