Bandsaw Operator. This person needs to have some experience because of the safety aspect. However, most of the duties will be doing manual cuts using a hand knife. Experience is preferred but we can train on the hand knife if necessary.
They would receive an order of what is needed, they find the correct foam grade (will train on grades), find the correct pattern for that customer, and trace the pattern to the foam and use the hand knife to cut out the pattern/shape. Using the bandsaw will be needed here because most likely the foam or scrap you collect for your pattern will not already be the correct thickness that is needed.
