Job Store Staffing is hiring a Saw Operator for our customer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality parts with precision.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Pay: $19.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial saws to cut metal materials according to work orders and specifications.
- Measure and verify material dimensions before and after cutting.
- Read and interpret work instructions and production paperwork.
- Load and unload raw materials safely.
- Perform routine machine checks and report any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse or production duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or saw operation experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
