Job Description

Lead projects from award through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved. Manage project planning, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration. Review and negotiate subcontract agreements, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project financials, forecasts, and overall performance. Collaborate with superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular communication to stakeholders. Identify and proactively resolve project challenges and risks. Mentor and support junior project team members as the Savannah office expands.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with commercial, institutional, or healthcare projects is a plus. Self-motivated professional who is excited about helping grow a developing office and market presence.
