Elbit's Aerospace division site in Rehovot is looking for a Satellite Systems Engineer for the Space domain

In this role you will
Lead system engineering and architecture for satellite systems, including requirements allocation, interface management, and system-level trade-offs (performance, mass, power, link and data budget, and more)
Prepare and lead system reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR) and associated engineering deliverables (ICD, V&V, ATP/ATR)
Manage design maturation processes, risk management, and risk reduction activities
Write and manage system and assembly requirements specifications (DOORS/Polarion) and perform system modeling and design (SysML)
Work with matrixed engineering groups and business stakeholders to define optimal solutions
Lead integration and testing processes with development teams and customers, including test plan development, test execution, results analysis, and test report generation
Provide technical responses to tenders and technical support for marketing activities
Requirements
B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
M.Sc. in Engineering - an advantage
Minimum of 5 years' experience in systems engineering and development of complex, multidisciplinary satellite systems, including satellite requirements definition, architecture design, interface management, system review leadership, and V&V/AIT activities, with a proven track record
Experience working in accordance with space development standards and methodologies, including compliance with quality and reliability practices for space projects
Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, STK, GMAT, or similar tools for space system engineering and mission analysis
Involvement in launch campaigns - an advantage
Experience in the development and integration of electro-optic payloads - an advantage
High-level technical English proficiency (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal skills, systems-level thinking, teamwork, and the ability to rapidly learn complex subjects
