    Description

    Coordinator, Space and Assortment

Launch your career in space planning - no experience required, just curiosity.

    About the Role

If you\'re detail-oriented, love solving puzzles, and want a front-row seat to how the biggest brands decide what ends up on store shelves, this is your entry point into the world of space and assortment planning.

As our Coordinator, Space and Assortment, you\'ll get hands-on exposure to the strategies retailers and manufacturers use to win at the shelf. You\'ll work alongside experienced planners, learn industry-leading software, and build a real foundation in a specialized field that touches every product you see at the store. This isn\'t a narrow, software-only role - it\'s a well-rounded introduction to how space planning actually works, from the data behind the decisions to the client relationships that drive them.

No planogram experience? No problem. We\'re looking for people who are organized, curious, and ready to learn.

    What You\'ll Do

    • Support our Space and Assortment planning teams on projects that matter - working independently, with your team, and directly with clients
    • Keep department data clean, consistent, and accurate across multiple tools
    • Get guided, hands-on practice with space and assortment planning software
    • Learn how space planning initiatives come together and start contributing your own ideas to solve customer challenges
    • Pick up the fundamentals of client and customer strategy that shape everything the department does

    What You\'ll Gain

    • A genuine career pathway into space planning, category management, and merchandising
    • Mentorship and supervision as you build technical skills in industry software
    • Exposure to real client relationships and business strategy from day one
    • A front-row view into how top consumer brands get their products in front of shoppers

    Who We\'re Looking For

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in merchandising and planogram development preferred, but a strong learning mindset matters more
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers
    • Organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, and eager to grow
    • Familiarity with merchandising, planograms, or floorplans is a plus, not a requirement

    Good to Know

    • No supervisory responsibilities - this role is about building your own skills, not managing others
    • Minimal to no travel or driving required
    • This position is open until filled, so don\'t wait to apply
