You'll be part of a team that values accuracy, accountability, and partnership, while supporting complex financial transactions that truly matter.

Our reputation is built on a high‑touch, client‑focused approach, and we're looking for professionals who want to help shape the future of one of North America's leading corporate trust businesses.

If you're passionate about numbers, detail‑driven, comfortable interpreting legal documentation, and motivated to work in a fast‑paced financial services environment, this role could be a great next step for you.

A role you will love

As a SAS Analyst IV, you'll play a key role in reconciling daily cash movements against system and bank activity for complex loan, asset, and security transactions. You'll research and resolve discrepancies, provide remittance and correction details to servicers, interpret governing legal documents as issues arise, and assess servicer performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and reconciling complex loan, asset, and security transactions with a high degree of accuracy
  • Reviewing transaction activity to ensure compliance with legal agreements, internal controls, and procedures
  • Researching and interpreting governing legal documents to resolve discrepancies related to payments and collateral
  • Providing remittance, correction, and reporting information to servicers and deal parties
  • Analyzing servicer reports to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving exceptions while supporting risk‑compliant solutions
  • Collaborating across teams and supporting or mentoring junior analysts as needed

What will you bring to the role?

We're a global business with an entrepreneurial spirit, and we're looking for people who are curious, collaborative, and confident in their expertise.

You'll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in financial services, accounting, or analysis
  • Experience processing transactions within CLO suite
  • Strong Excel skills and solid experience across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to independently review and process information efficiently and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail, with solid math, reconciliation, and research skills
  • Experience identifying exceptions and ensuring compliance with established guidelines
  • Demonstrated organizational and time‑management skills
  • Experience in Corporate Trust environments
  • Ability to mentor and train less‑senior team members
  • Strong customer‑service mindset, with the ability to listen, assess needs, and recommend solutions
  • Experience using trust processing applications such as Optics, Laser, Phoenix, and TranStar
