SAP Vistex Project Manager - Remote, United States
About the Role
Join a high-impact SAP S/4HANA modernization program as a SAP Vistex Project Manager. In this fully remote, long-term (2-3 year) role, you will lead critical Vistex initiatives for a large-scale transformation. You'll be the driving force behind project delivery, working directly with business and technical stakeholders, and shaping the future of enterprise technology. This is an urgent, high-visibility position designed for a proactive leader ready to influence outcomes and drive lasting change.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Vistex initiatives, including upgrades and migrations from ECC to S/4HANA
- Coordinate and manage activities for Vistex modules: Recharge, chargebacks, rebates, and incentives
- Develop integrated project plans, manage scope, schedule, and report to executive leadership
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Vistex-related project matters, driving decisions and challenging assumptions
- Align Vistex milestones with the overall SAP S/4HANA roadmap and program objectives
- Partner with business leaders, SAP teams, vendors, and system integrators for seamless project execution
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage cross-workstream risks and dependencies
- Lead cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support
Required Skills and Experience
- 10-12+ years of project or program management with significant SAP delivery focus
- Recent hands-on leadership of at least one full-cycle Vistex implementation, upgrade, or major transformation
- Solid experience with Vistex modules: rebates, chargebacks, pricing, incentive administration, or Recharge
- Proficient in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including Order-to-Cash and Finance integration
- Proven record of owning project delivery, driving stakeholder engagement, and executive communications
- Strong expertise in integrated planning, RAID management, testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization
- Ability to work independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or distribution industries
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformations on SAP on RISE
- Direct experience with Vistex implementation partners
- Professional certifications: PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent
