We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Vistex Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Vistex Rights & Royalties Management on SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide Rights & Royalties initiatives and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by providing functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design to post-go-live support.

The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, integration teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable Rights & Royalties solutions while ensuring successful implementation, stabilization, and transition to long-term support.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Vistex Rights & Royalties Management.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and enterprise Rights & Royalties initiatives.
• Lead solution design, functional configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Vistex Rights & Royalties solutions.
• Configure and support Rights, Licensing, Royalty Calculation, Settlement, and Contract Management processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with business users, SAP functional consultants, developers, integration teams, and implementation partners.
• Lead functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex functional issues.
• Support data migration validation, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
• Mentor offshore functional support teams and establish best practices for ongoing production support.
• Assist in knowledge transfer and transition from project implementation to managed services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Vistex Rights & Royalties Management.
• Experience implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Deep understanding of:
  • Rights Management
  • Licensing Management
  • Royalties Processing
  • Royalty Settlement
  • Contract and Agreement Management
  • Claims and Rebates (preferred)
• Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration with modules such as:
  • SAP SD
  • SAP FI/CO
  • SAP MM
  • SAP BRIM (preferred)
• Experience leading solution design workshops and business process optimization.
• Strong experience supporting SIT, UAT, Cutover, Hypercare, and Post-Go-Live activities.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring offshore or global support teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in media, entertainment, publishing, consumer products, or licensing industries.
• Experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• SAP or Vistex certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in global delivery and managed services environments.
