SAP Vistex Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Vistex Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for Vistex solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vistex modules and a strong understanding of pricing, rebates, and chargebacks in a business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Vistex applications including Pricing, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Royalties
• Troubleshoot and resolve Vistex-related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
• Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide timely resolution
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
• Perform configuration changes, testing, and validation in Vistex modules
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to Vistex processes
• Document issues, resolutions, and process changes for knowledge base management
• Coordinate with Vistex vendor support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Vistex support or implementation
• Strong knowledge of Vistex modules - IP (Incentives & Paybacks), Pricing, Chargebacks, and Rebates
• Experience with SAP SD, MM, or FI integration with Vistex
• Good understanding of SAP configuration and master data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
