Looking for a hands-on SAP US Payroll Functional Consultant, not a general SAP HCM consultant.

Strongest profiles:

SAP US Payroll + BSI Tax Factory + Payroll schemas/rules + Wage Types + Time Management + Garnishments + Benefits + Payroll/Finance integration + full lifecycle implementation.

• SAP HCM US Payroll
• US Payroll & US Taxation
• BSI TaxFactory configuration, maintenance & tax updates
• Payroll schemas & rules
• Wage types, payment models & taxability
• Garnishments
• Benefits configuration & payroll integration
• Payroll posting to Finance
• Direct deposit & check configuration
• Time Management / Time Evaluation
• Positive & negative time management
• HR Service Packs / legal notes / year-end testing
• Third-party SAP Payroll integrations/interfaces
• Production support & root-cause analysis
• Remuneration statement configuration/testing
• At least one full lifecycle SAP US Payroll implementation
