CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Test Manager position for our client.
Location: Local to Greensboro, NC or Atlanta, GA
Duration: 18 months
Duties:
Lead end-to-end test management for large enterprise finance transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA implementations or ECC-to-S/4HANA upgrades.
Develop and execute test strategies, plans, schedules, governance, and sign-off processes.
Lead test script development, execution, defect management, triage, reporting, and readiness assessments.
Coordinate testing across business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, data and infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
Manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving accountability.
Establish risk-based testing, regression testing, and test automation strategies.
Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and test governance materials.
Support testing of SAP Project Systems and integrations with enterprise applications such as Ariba, Clarity, and Concur.
Skills:
SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP testing lifecycle management
Test strategy, governance, execution, defect management, and reporting
Risk-based testing, regression optimization, and test automation
SAP Project Systems and enterprise application integrations
SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, ALM, or equivalent tools
Team leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving
Executive-level communication and reporting
Knowledge of finance processes, including accounting, project costing, budgeting, and reconciliation
Experience:
12+ years of experience leading testing for large-scale enterprise finance transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA implementations or ECC-to-S/4HANA upgrades.
Experience in banking, financial services, or complex finance transformation environments.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams and third-party vendors.
Experience supporting SAP Project Systems and integrations with enterprise applications such as Ariba, Clarity, Concur, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with enterprise test management and defect tracking tools.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
