CTG is seeking to fill a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 11 months Duties: Configure and maintain Employee Central Payroll (ECP) components Design and configure payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), and wage types Set up and manage payroll processes including earnings, deductions, taxes, and retroactive calculations Support payroll integration with Employee Central, time management systems, and financial systems Execute and support payroll testing cycles including unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Perform payroll data validation, reconciliation, and simulation activities Troubleshoot payroll errors and provide timely defect resolution Support year-end payroll activities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve integration and configuration issues Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and test scripts Skills: Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration Payroll configuration experience including schemas, PCRs, and wage types Knowledge of payroll processes such as earnings, deductions, taxes, and retro calculations Experience with integrations between Employee Central, time systems, and finance systems Familiarity with payroll testing methodologies (unit, SIT, UAT) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for payroll issues Understanding of statutory compliance and year-end payroll processes Excellent documentation and communication skills Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP payroll, including SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Proven experience in payroll configuration and support Experience with end-to-end payroll implementations and support engagements Hands-on experience with payroll integrations and testing cycles Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
