Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors ECP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ECP and a proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end ECP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Configure payroll processes and ensure integration between Employee Central and ECP.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP ECP solutions.
• Support payroll testing, issue resolution, data validation, and production activities.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, integration, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for ECP-related issues.
